Attorney
Dan is the son of Keith and Sheila Gudorf and is a 2003 graduate of Celina High School. After high school, Dan went to Ohio Northern University to receive his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and then to Miami University to receive his Master of Arts in Integrated Mathematics. Dan became a licensed teacher in Ohio and taught math at Celina High School for twelve years. While teaching, Dan worked as an assistant director of the Celina High School Marching Band and the Celina High School Spring Musical, and he was head advisor for the Mock Trial Team. Dan continues to work with the Mock Trial team as an assistant advisor.
In 2020, Dan resigned from teaching to attend law school at Ohio Northern University. There, he graduated second in his 2023 class, was an Associate Editor of the Ohio Northern Law Review, was named as a Member of the Willis Society, and was a William J. Brown Memorial Scholarship recipient. While at law school, he began working as a law clerk at Purdy, Lammers, & Schiavone through the Ohio State Bar Association Rural Practice Program.
Dan passed the Ohio Bar Examination in 2023 and is now licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Indiana. He continues to work with Purdy, Lammers, & Schiavone, where he focuses in Domestic Relations, Traffic, Criminal Law, Evictions, Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, and Business Planning. Dan is married to Katie Gudorf, an English teacher at Celina High School, and they have four daughters, Sophie, Claire, Lucy, and Charlotte.
Dan is proud to carry on the legacy of Don Purdy, Tom Lammers, and Lou Schiavone. He hopes to be able to help members of this community for a long time.
